Mochi Donuts

Gourmet donuts unlike any other, they have a light crispy exterior with a chewy interior  that makes for a delightful bite.

A Mochi Donut is a happy union between the Japanese rice cake and the American-style donut. Made from rice flour, these donuts are inherently gluten free. We use premium fresh ingredients to make sure you get the best tasting mochi donut every time.

Each month our menu changes, giving you the opportunity to try new flavors!

We have so many flavours for you to try! Our mochi donuts are glazed, dipped and frosted with various flavours and toppings. Each month we change the menu to ensure you get the opportunity to try as many flavours as we can make.

We bake our mochi donuts fresh the same day you pickup. All of our glazes, frostings, and sauces are made fresh from scratch. Our bakers hand-dip, glaze and frost each donut with love and care. DoughMo also takes pride in creating yummy new flavours by using ingredients sourced by local vendors in Edmonton, Alberta.

DoughMo is a family owned, home based mochi donut bakery in Edmonton, Alberta. We have always had a love and passion for baking and sweet treats. Growing up we have many special memories baking in the kitchen as a family, and we think that love translates in the beauty and taste of our donuts. We pride ourselves on making a product that is ascetically beautiful and exceeds only in taste. We hope you love our DoughMo’s!
